Strategic Orientation

We will further our mission of being a practitioner in constructing the new development paradigm of the country, a promoter of the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and a leader of Guangzhou’s high-quality development. We will continue to grow as a learning, innovative, and integrated organization, build ourself into a lean, platform-based, and internationalized state-owned capital investment company, and strive to become a world-class enterprise.

In facilitating the transformation and revitalization of our traditional core businesses, we will strengthen and refine our financial business, optimize and upgrade our real estate business, expand and innovate our transport infrastructure business, and stabilize and differentiate our food business, thereby continuously enhancing our industry competitiveness. We will also vigorously develop strategic emerging industries, focusing on new energy and new infrastructure, life sciences and health, and high-end manufacturing, to cultivate and strengthen new business segments.

By 2030, the Group aims to achieve total assets of RMB 1.4 trillion, operating revenue of RMB 200 billion (with the proportion of revenue from property development reduced to approximately 50% while that from strategic emerging industries increased to around 15%), and total profits and taxes of RMB 30 billion. We also aim to add one to two new listing platforms, with the total market capitalization of the Group’s listed platforms exceeding RMB 100 billion.
